Youth Ministry

Wednesday Night: 6:00pm-8:00pm

AWANA (PreK thru 2nd Grade)

Awana is a Bible-centered children's ministy and youth ministy providing local churches with weekly clubs, programs, and training. Our goal is to equip churches and parents to raise spiritual champions who know, love and serve Christ using integrated programs and resources for Bible-based parenting, discipleship, child and family evangelism. Awana blends Bible teaching, Scripture memorization and tons of fun. Awana is committed to reach unsaved youth and families with the gospel.

The acronym Awana comes from the first letters of Aproved Workmen Are Not Ashamed as taken from 2 Timothy 2:15.

Leaders for this age group are: Wayne Jones, Jessica Jones, and Christie Smith.

FaithWeaver Friends (3rd Grade thru 6th Grade)

Build lasting, meaningful realtionships between kids and God, kids and kids, and kids and adults.

At FaithWeaver Friends, each child experiences an incredible, personal friendship with Jesus through opening celebrations, Discovery Centers, and journaling.

From crafts to music to snacks-every engaging activity drives the weekly Bible Point home. And through it all Children discover they have a real friend in Jesus.

FaithWeaver Friends uses mulfti-age small groups to encourage learning and relationship building - helping kids grow in their friendship with Jesus.

Connecting God's Word to the learner's real world moves learning beyond information to a growing relationship with Jesus that transforms lives. Students understand that Jesus isn't someone who lived years ago, but is alive today and wants to be a part of their lives.

Leaders for this age group are: Earnest Harris, Tassie Winkles, Aaron Smith, and Helen Smith
